Wyndham Business Awards
Polar Fresh Laverton CDC submitted an entry to the annual
Wyndham Business Awards and was selected as a finalist along with
Caterpillar Logistics Services and Woolworths Distribution Centre
in the Transport and Storage category.
The judges for the awards attended the Laverton site on
9th June 2009 where team members gave a short
presentation and tour of the site. These team members attended the
Wyndham Awards dinner on 26th June 2009 where Polar
Fresh was named the winner of the Transport and Storage category
and was presented with a plaque.
In accepting the award, Jon Longbottom - CDC Manager
acknowledged the hard work of all team members during the previous
twelve months which resulted in this fantastic
recognition.
