PeopleFirst! - Parkinson
At Polar Fresh Parkinson we were recognised by Costa Group for
consistently living by our PeopleFirst! values. We were awarded a
lovely plaque which we now proudly display in our trophy cabinet.
Well done team! Here is Craig Ball our DCM receving the award from
Frank Costa.
Speaking of our PeopleFirst! values we
have a "Dob in a Mate" process where team members nominate another
team member each month for consistently upholding our PeopleFirst!
values. Rhonda Tarei was the deserving recipient of the trophy for
the month of August for her thoroughness and enthusiasm. Well done
Rhonda!
