Performance Analysis Tools
This tool enables managers from the Operations team to assess a
Team Member's performance on a daily and hourly level by examining
the productivity level per activity across the CDC and time spent
on productive and non-productive tasks.
The system interfaces with the Labour Roster System to allow a
Team Manager to quickly assess how all of the individual members of
their team are performing in terms of productivity in the various
areas and also absenteeism
